1. Candidates should apply in One Division only
2. Applicants are required to enclose
a) Attested or self-attested copies of all supporting
documents
b) UCR receipt for examination fee
c) Two attested photos one affixed on the application
form & one spare photo attached with the application form
d) One sell-addressed envelope Size 9x4 with Rs. 40/-
stamp affixed on it along with neatly application form
3. The envelope containing the above shall be addressed
to the concerned Divisional Head/Unit super scribed on the top in bold letters
“Application
for the post of Postman” or “Application for the post of Mail Guard”
as the case may be &
should be clearly addressed to concerned addressee as shown in the
advertisement itself.
