Image: Maximum Size 150KB, upto width-206 pixels and height-240 pixels

 on completion of the Online Application form the candidate must export the Form to .pdf format for  taking out at least two printed copies on A4 size paper, one of which shall be retained by the candidate for his reference, while the other shall be sent to the Commission.

The candidate must note  down the Registration Number printed under the bar code as all further correspondence to and from  the Commission shall be referred to with this number. The printed Application Form shall be signed in blue ink by the candidate at the appropriate place.




The printed Application Form and the Demand Draft shall be sent to the Commission immediately after downloading the printed Application Form in an envelope labelled as 
APPLICATION FORM  FOR PSCSCCE-2012 (Registration No _______).

 seven days from the date of registration of Online Application

HOW TO APPLY:
 1. The applicant should download the printed copy of Challan and deposit the fee in the prescribed on-line Account of Punjab National Bank through the Challan.

2. The online application of the candidates will be activated only after three working days from the date of submission of application fee with Punjab National Bank branches in the prescribed Challan form.

3. A printed copy of application alongwith Bank Challan (in original), self-attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials regarding qualifications, age, reserved category, experience etc. and one additional coloured Passport size photograph must reach by speed/registered post by the last date of receipt of applications i.e. 31.10.2012 upto 5.00 P.M. to

 The application should be superscribed on the envelope as

4. 5. The selection of the candidates would be made as per merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written test only. The written test will be conducted in CHANDIGARH only. There will be NEGATIVE marking for wrong answers to the extent of 25%.

6. The applicants are required to download the Admit Card against their Identity Number (I.D.No.) from the Website and bring the same on the date of recruitment test.

 7. No applicant will be allowed admission in the examination hall without proper Admit Card.

8.  Written Test for the post of Assistant Manager, Clerk cum Data Entry Operator and Field Officer will be held on different dates.

9. For re-checking of OMR sheet, Rs.500/- will be charged extra from the applicant.
