Paper II

Candidate will be required to write short
essay/letter in English and one language included in the 8th schedule of the
Constitution
Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature and is
intended to test elementary language skills
Paper-II will be held only for such candidates who
meet the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-I for different
categories. The date and time of the Paper will be communicated to shortlisted
candidates in due course. Commission reserves the right to set separate
qualifying standard in any Part of Paper-I.

HOW TO
APPLY:
1. Click here for Part I registration, candidate
will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate shall
be prompted to check the details and make any correction in the application
2. Then a page with Registration No. shall be
generated. Note down registration number or take out the print out of the page.
Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip to step 4.
3. Candidates who have to pay application fee can
pay fee online through net banking, debit card, credit card, or cash through
SBI bank challan take print out and deposit fee.
4. Part II registration requires filling of payment
details, uploading of photograph and scanned signature. . On-line application
will be complete only if scanned signature and photo are uploaded as per
instructions.

Candidates applying on-line should retain the
registration number assigned to them for further correspondence with the
